Don’t Make The Fuel Supply Advance Angle Too Big
Some riders often like to play a little when adjusting the fuel advance angle of diesel engines, and some even exceed the specified value by 2 ° -3 °. It is considered that the fuel supply angle is adjusted a little larger, and the engine works vigorously. But too large fuel advance angle is also harmful:
1. Excessive burst pressure makes high-temperature gas easily penetrate into the lower crankcase, resulting in high-temperature fission of engine oil, and the engine oil also easily evaporates into oil and gas, causing the crankcase to catch fire and burn;
2. The rapid combustion of excess fuel in the cylinder will increase the thermal load on the piston crown, causing overheating damage to the piston.
